Hi Folks,

We start tomorrow! Please, check below the schedule and important stuff for the week. If you have any questions or concerns, comment here or get in contact with us.

Thursday (April 23rd):

When: 8pm to 10pm (or whenever)
Where: Solar Yoga Center of St. Louis – 6002 Pershing Ave. St. Louis, MO 63112

Open Map Here

Arrive early at the studio to stretch and warm up. There are showers and changing rooms for any who wish to use them. The space will be tight for 15+ people. So, we will play it by ear, but we will make it work…it’s only Thursday.

Friday (April 24th):

When: 4pm to 8pm (class time can be variable to accommodate needs)

Where: Forest Park World’s Fair Pavilion – 1904 Concourse Dr. Forest Park, MO 63112

4pm – 5pm: Kids workshop
5pm – 5:30pm: Kids Acrobatics. There is plenty of grassy space.
5:45pm – 8pm: Adult workshop. We will finish the night with a roda.

We will be training at the park. So, times are flexible. The space is covered and breathtaking. We will be heard for hundreds of yards around because of the acoustics of the Pavilion. Yay.

For travelers:

Take I64 to the Hampton Ave. exit North. This is your entrance to the park, and you will see signs directing you to the World’s Fair Pavilion. Take the left lane and continue North through the first roundabout. The second roundabout is the World’s Fair Pavilion and you will see parking. If you have problems, call Cenoura at 314.488.4867

Fair warning – parking at Forest Park is always a challenge. So, just be patient and everything will be okay.

Saturday (April 25th):

When: 1pm to 4pm (class time can be variable to accommodate needs)

Where: Tower Grove Park Pavilion – 4256 Magnolia Ave. St. Louis, MO 63110

1pm – 2pm Kids workshop
2pm – 2:30pm: Kids Acrobatics. There is also plenty of grassy space.
2:45pm – 5pm: Adult workshop. We will finish the afternoon with another roda.  The space is covered and beautiful. We will most likely draw a crowd. Yay.

For travelers:

Take I64 to the Kingshighway exit South. Turn left (East) onto Magnolia Ave. Enter the park at Center Cross Dr. At the roundabout, you will see the pavilion on the West side next to tennis courts, a fountain, and a playground. If you have problems, call Cenoura at 314.488.4867

Yet again, we will be training at the park. So, times are flexible.

Sunday (April 26th):

When: 1pm to 3pm

Where: Municipal Theatre Association (the Muny) – 1 Theatre Dr. St. Louis, MO 63112

This is the big roda of the weekend, and the biggest street roda of the year in St. Louis. We will start at 1pm, and it will last as long as it lasts. With the number of people we will have, it will be easily two hours. There will be a huge crowd, and we will be a magnet for spectators.

For travelers:
Okay, this is where it gets crazy, yo’. Bear with us, because this is Earth Day weekend and not only will Forest Park be packed, but parking will be a nightmare. Trust me, the roda will be worth it.

Take I64 to the McCausland Ave. exit North. This becomes Skinker Blvd. Continue to the stop light at Forsyth Blvd. Turn right (East). This becomes Lagoon Dr. inside the park. Continue past the Missouri History Museum, and the road becomes Grand Dr. (simple, right?). You will see a parking lot on your right (South). This is where I recommend parking. From there walk South across Pagoda Lake, and you will come right up to the Muny theatre. We usually set up on the North side of the theatre on Pagoda Cir.  If you have problems, call Cenoura at 314.488.4867
